Abu Gosh Restaurant was established in the year 1992 out of the idea of opening a restaurant that would be a little different. To this purpose, the restaurant was decorated in Classic style – wooden furniture, panoramic windows and special lighting that adds to the warm and pleasant atmosphere. Abu Gosh restaurant is the only original restaurant in the country, without any branches.
Wonderful compliments from the many thousands of diners from around the world, who return again and again regularly to our restaurant, testify to the unique tastes of the diverse portions. Abu Gosh Restaurant enjoys visits from political leaders and well-known personalities, together with Israeli diners from all social levels and all ages. The diners in the restaurant enjoy our high-quality cuisine, our personal and courteous service and the impressive view of the picturesque village homes.

| The Main Course – The Menu |

Abu Gosh Restaurant is a pilgrimage site for all lovers of excellent, fresh and diversified cuisine. Our rich menu includes a wide assortment of meats on-the-grill and roasted in the oven, spiced fish and a variety of vegetarian dishes. In addition, we offer our guests the possibility of ordering special dishes in advance, such as Makluba, Dahan and more.
The main course is, naturally, accompanied by an immense variety of fresh salads, and at the end of the meal you will be able to enjoy our authentic deserts, made on our premises. On January 2008 we broke a Guinness world record, preparing the biggest hummus plate in the world!
